The FCC has finally approved the Samsung Cetus, which is powered by the Microsoft Windows Phone 7 OS. The phone features a 4-inch AMOLED display with a 5-megapixel camera, a front-facing camera, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS navigation, an integrated FM radio and a microSD memory card slot. No word on pricing or availability at this moment, so stay tuned.
