Samsung is ready to release a new dual SIM phone in August. Known as the Samsung E2152, this entry-level candybar handset has appeared on Samsung’s MEA website. The phone features a QVGA display, a music player, an FM radio and a VGA camera. The Samsung E2152 is priced at €90 or around $115.
